Company is femous for job security and but before joining you should know that your going to work in pharma industry so lot of work pressure is there but salary and increment is one of the best things about serum

Working hour is not that ok.you in time is fixed but you never knows about out time u have to do overtime forcefully

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
