Good work life balance. You get enough leaves and also extra benefits from the organization. Working hours are almost fixed and you will only have to work extra if there is a business requirement, also you get paid always on time. And I think these things make an organization a good place to work in.

Very orthodox thinking. These people are living in the 90s. If you are going here for interview dont go. Because they dont see your cv but the call you first for interview Then they make you wait as the managers are busy in their work. Waiting time can be 2 hrs or more no limit for that They judge you on how many companies you have changed instead of your skills or other talent Works like a lala company Salary is always given low of what you expect They wont tell you about how they work or what they are expecting...Read More
