Overall it is good to work in such a fine organization.

There is some politics also involved. so, our issues are not addressing in that manner as it should be. There should be professional training also in regular intervals. And accordingly some exams should also been conducted for skill development and personality development.

The job is interesting! I personally struggled in the beginning to deliver my best to the organization due to job location. But now it is very much easier to deal with any issues.

Nothing as such! The company more of traditional 'lala' company and have branded itself as startup! The process and roles are not clearly defined and everything thing is decided by the promoter.
