Management not taking any action of our issues for overtime working & there is no benifit for us.Carrer growth is too slow.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are very good. Appraisals are not happy for the relevant job.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics inside the team itself and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary and career growth is bad and too slow. No incentive for work at overtime.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting as well as struggling a lot not followups as per SOP. We suffer a lot of struggle at the last hour.
