Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. Only the new joinee teammate had new ways to approach the problems.

1. Long working hours - you have to punch in whole 9 hours, even if the automated machine captures a minute less there is half day pay reduction. 2. Not for freshers or people who want to learn, there is a standard SOP you need to follow which is outdated and you can’t make in better. 3. My manager (Kripal) was never understanding, I wanted to learn and take on new opportunities but never given any opportunities. It’s the same routine day after day. 4. HR team is worst in the company even in higher management, I had taken couple of days of leave informing my reporting manager but they still put me in PIP. 5. One of worst HR team, once I had a panic attack in the office, I was taken in HR chamber and both HR and my manager laughed and mocked, these were their exact words - Stop lying to us about leaves and your silly excuses if you can’t work, you can leave and why are you bloating so much. No additional perks, No transport, No WFH, No work-life balance, spending 9 hours in this office is hell Working for this company has ruined my carrier and they still haven’t given my relieving letter...Read More
