Great company to work with for career growth in Digital Marketing. I have learned a lot from the company. They have excellent and a friendly environment and all the process are well defined.

Dislikes

The increment procedure is not good you did not paid as per the work you do.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
