There is no job security. There no safety shoes ,nd safety norms. Politics more in every department. Insurance money also cut in workers salary. Timings tooo bad from mrng 8.00 am to evng 6.00 Pm total 10 hrs duty...

Some times work pressure is very high. work up to 12-14 hrs. some times work in late nights.
