Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Frankly, there is absolutely nothing i like about Sensibol audio technologies.The salary is never on time, and it's infuriating to constantly worry about when-or if-you will get paid for your hard work. Trying to suggest new and innovative ideas to the seniors id joke; they mock you down and they blame you for any mistakes they make. And when you dare to defend yourself, they threaten to fire you.Salary is never on time, it's been 6 months i ve left the company and they haven't paid my last 2 months' salary. The environment is Toxic, and the whole experience is disgusting and infuriating....Read More
