The company is opening a store very close by and the old store is increasing its monthly target and employees have to keep submit regular their personal phones, it's very bad because very emergency and urgently call come in our phone but we will not respond it..😔...and company decrease their incentive structure this very bad because that's demotivated is...

If we compare to other brand Work our is good due to I continue my preparation

our mobile are submitted in work hour approx 9 to 10 hour other brand like Tanishq or Kalyan they was not submitted there employee phones I live far away to my home, in office time what happened in our home or family we didn't get know store phones are also in very limited amount due to this mostly of time our important call was missed.

So much manual work after having a good softwares. Same work done on system must be copy on registers manually. So much waste and waste of working hours. Secondly the time schedule which I feel actually in second shift of duty the closed time of showroom is not fixed it may be 9:30/ 10:30 or some time it be 11 pm except festivals day. May be it's not in all showrooms but I and other staff feell here. I genuinely feel it's not good for safety wise also. Customer visit after 8 pm is risky safety wise also bcz all other markets shops closed till 8 pm including jewellery shops....Read More

Company policy TBGP is not effective for me, this is some person for senco gold, I am not satisfied TBGP, MORE THEN 5 YEARS my job roll as company cashier and this year my job roll is cashier
