Incentive do not get on proper time .do not get extra amount for lunch when we go out for btl.we don't get any amount for tea coffe..except festival do not extra amount for traveling when a ladies staff go to home the late night frm store,if we workings extra time we go lately but if we come for 5mint late do not approve it for the staff....salary is not good as per Mumbai..always company follow & prove everything as per west bengal cost of living expenses..do not get a cake for staff bday.....Read More

Don't get any extra benefit for staff..we do not get any cha coffe or expenses for late night go to home for ladies,also do not have any changing room for ladies.lunch hour is very few,compare to another brands for only sales,but company do not look out ,not arrange for snacks specialy Saturday Sunday.where another company give thatfor staff, incentive structure is very very bad.dont get it time to time...also we do work extra time,but when we come to 10mint late we don't get any benifits currently,sop is very strict for working here as a staff...Read More

Don't have any changeing room for ladies....don't get any amount of tea or coffe for staff,also lunch break timeing is very minimum for 30mints...do not get any bday cake for staff bday from our company...& Yes quality of uniform is very poor quality
