Dislikes

We were a small team & more than often clients come with last minute deadlines. This is nothing to do with the firm but having more hands on deck might have been helpful but looking abck now when I am currently running my botique practice I can imagine the challenges a small firm faces and how every penny spent is valuable.

The clientele of the firm is very niche and international. Great place to learn basics.

Dislikes

Benefits are not great under the retainer contract. Very less compensation and no appreciation of employees. The firm is understaffed and there is a no standard set of practices in the workplace. As a result, most professionals do not stay on in the long-run. Trainees are not made to sign confidentiality agreements and can be harmful to clients.
