Nothing to speak about. However would like to say its a good place for Unprofessional, Fraud people to work.

Dislikes

1. Unprofessional approach of higher management (People who are good at politics can easily cheat CEO - who doesn't even mind employees getting involved in any fraudulent activities. Instead those employees are much more appreciated & are given good salary appraisal - promotions. 2. No proper process training (actually not required)as there are no defined process guidelines and Company is not Customer centric. Employees are given leverage to do whatever they would like to, resulting in bad Company culture. 3. No job security - work oriented people can't survive in the organisation. You have to follow wrong path or support the people who are involved in fraudulent activities to be in the organisation. 4. Skill development/Learning is not required as per Company Culture. Employees would be trained how to manipulate the data & send false emails to higher management. 5. As long as you are obedient towards work and maintain professionalism, never think of Career Growth & Opportunities. Worst place for Professionals to work....Read More

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
