Team leaders put blame on their team members, though they even don't know much about their role...First TL should be given a proper training on how the team should be handled.

Dislikes

Lots of politics and no job security, they can throw u anytime according to their convenience

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
