Few months later I discovered the extreme level of politics and monopoly of the central management in the organisation. It was too an extent that top leadership from regional team left in frustration. Good part is to have a pool of good friends in Selco Foundation. All the decisions are centralized. Only 5 people takes all the decisions. Role is more on operations.

Dislikes

No recognition, 24x7 working hours. On Sundays, they will ask to work. Very few employees stay here for more than a year.

If you are a nuclear family, it is very hard to maintain work life balance. U have to be at office sharp at 9:30 am till 6:00pm that too for 6 days a week. If you have anything to do personally it's very hard. One will get exhausted repeting the same.

For me Work and life balance was bit difficult. Sometimes I have to work till 8pm. Other than this no issues or negative comments. I love SELCO Foundation ever!
