If you want to experience hell then you are welcome to sekisui dljm...No timing....atleast you have to be in company for 10 to 11 hours....It shows you are working so hard....No need of smart work only donkey work....If u r able to do donkey work then u r supposed to be in Sekisui DLJM....On paper a Japanese company but in real it's a typical LALA company.....No rules.....

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
