As it's growing very fast, somethings kind of ran out of control, like HR and Communication processes. However, they are working on these issues.

Work Details

I basically make sure things get done, be it by removing impediments or by talking things out with customer/provider/consultants. I make reports with KPIs, reunite with customers and consultants weekly to get their reports. I also make monthly
