I would like to inform you guys, you can learn and train your self and you have skill development opportunity is here, from supporting staff but compare to other companies(contract) in JSW Seeyen is better to learn for freshers

You can learn but life is it too complicate to survive,you can take experience and go for mnc company

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
