It was a good experience because one has to handle many things other then job profile because of it one becomes alrounder and it is more and more learning.

As one has to handle other departments work so he or she expects salary accordingly which is pathetic in Seed and also there is no extra benefits for employees and there no incentive system.

A complete Let down.Employees run their own business in the same field at the cost of Seed Infotech. A very sad situation. The Employees cheat the company for their personal benefits. The company is in huge debts because of this and the deserving employees have been left high and dry and the cheaters are continuing to make merry....

Dislikes

Headed by a leader Mr. Narendra Barhate a fantastic human being, A man of Vision and complete respect. Unfortunately his own employees have sabotaged the organization and brought it down. I feel for Mr. Narendra. Unfortunately he did not choose the right people to realize his vision. Sad !
