The team working at sites put all their efforts to execute the project and take care of the services after project execution exceptionally. Training is provided only if you have completed some years serving the organization or if you guarantee on paper to serve the organization for some specific amount of time. Regarding career gowth and learning, you will get a lot to learn and experience which will be beneficial to you for future. You will learn different working cultures of different sites, their method of project execution and many more. Salary appraisal are hard to get due to internal politics of the management. But if you are fresher and need to head start your career, this company is for you if you can manage with less basic salary. Working time are flexible and one can have a good work life balance. But if you are a part of a new project, then this might not be applicable to you until the project execution is completed....Read More

Efforts of people go waste, when the company fails to deliver the materials required to be supplied at site. Employees try their best possible way to complete the project within deadlines but fails to do so due to failing in supply of materials. Internal politics played by the management team for their own benefits is worst and the downline suffers a lot due to it.
