- Salary (Way better than any other competitors; employees know they won't get this much at other companies) - Good Yearly Hike (>10%) - Work Life Balance - Leave Approvals - Flexible Working hours (no one bats an eye about your working hours if you are completing your projects)

Dislikes

- Passive Aggressive behavior of some manager - Less Job Security (they won't think much before asking for resignation or making a hostile environment for you so you'll eventually resign)

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
