Long story.... nothing to say in a few line.

Dislikes

Work culture is so worst.12 to 14 hr hard and mentally pressure work and all day work by unofficial threat by boss.Exploitation is all time high in the name of unemployment situation in India.

Work Details

It's challenging.Have to manage day to day yield operations. it's hectic because of overloaded work more than the double from actual fix target by organisation for a operations employees.No one want to listen or back operations team,if any problem happen.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
