Many things: The HR is very rude and they try to harass people when they resign. Demanding money in the name of bond. Not giving experience letter if not given money demanded. Giving bribes to agents and recovering from employees when they leave. Exiting employees need even to pay amount company paid to any third party vendor for hir ing. Higher management speaks very rudely to the employees. No support in case of urgent family medical issues even. Very bad working environment. Cheap tricks to get money from employees. Politics - High Job security - No Employees respect - No Money Dedication - So much Career growth - Good Supportive - No 1 year bond - yes but indirectly Deposit some amount of money to join this company.

They are taking for granted to their employees. Lots of money deduction. Politics so high. No support from any side. You paying some ammount to join this company after that you have to make a bond for 1 year to stay in this company. Before join think once.

I am working here last 1 and half year as an information security consultant.But there is no flexibility, no life balance maintain.Career growth is good but lots of political I am facing here along with lots of deduction.
