Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to drive the development of cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensure high-quality code, and optimize application performance. This role requires a strong technical foundation, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in Java, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, and data security algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor and optimize application quality, performance, and security.
• Debug complex Java applications and identify root causes of issues.
• Implement encryption and decryption algorithms using certificates and SHA-256.
• Drive best practices in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based web application development.
✅ Proficiency in JSP, Spring, Hibernate (ORM 5+), and Tomcat 8.5.
✅ 4+ years of experience working with MySQL databases.
✅ Strong debugging skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
✅ Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.
✅ Knowledge of data encryption & decryption algorithms, including SHA-256 and certificates.
✅ Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end integration.
✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Hibernate ORM for database interactions.
  
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL or NoSQL databases like Cassandra or MongoDB.
  
• Proficiency in developing multi-threaded applications using Java concurrency utilities like Executors, Thread Pools etc. .
  
• 7-12 years of experience in core Java development with expertise in Spring framework (Spring MVC & IOC).
