Lead Java Developer (8-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on critical applications. Java developer roles and responsibilities include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
Key Responsibilities :

1. Work with junior developers and ensure good delivery to customer

2. Work closely with customer and/or his team and ensure good experience to customer along with technical delivery

3. Provide prompt updates to customer and team which ensures stress free experience to customer and team

4. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code

5. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Work Experience :

1. 8-10 yrs of overall experience in building Java/J2EE applications

2. Good experience building web applications/services using J2EE

3. More than 1 year experience in handling teams.

4. Strong knowledge on any one of the ORM framework

5. Experience developing solutions on Spring Boot

6. Must have worked on Github

7. 2+ Strong experience of Microservices

8. Familiar with ElasticSearch and proficiency is a plus

9. Understanding of the Relational Database Model with familiarity one relational database

10. Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

11. Experience with client web application frameworks like Angular, React or Sencha

12. Passionate about writing clean and highly maintainable code

13. Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

14. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}

15. Ability and interest to learn new things quickly

16. Experience dealing with Performance related issues - (App profiling, Distributed Caching, Memory Management, Asynchronous Programming)

17. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
