Senior Developer - Genesys Contact Center Solutions (8-10 yrs)

We are seeking developers to work on building and optimizing code for Genesys Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX, API integrations, and infrastructure automation using Terraform, with solid experience in IVR development and scripting.

1. OS : Unix/Linux

2. Terraform : Scripting/Coding Expertise

3. Genesys Cloud CX : Archy Scripting in YAML

4. Genesys Pure Cloud IVR : Strong knowledge and understanding

5. JSON : API responses and configurations

6. Genesys Cloud API Concepts

7. Version Control : GitHub

8. Experience: 8+ years in relevant roles

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain custom code for Genesys Cloud CX integrations.

2. Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Terraform.

3. Build, configure, and troubleshoot IVR applications in Genesys Pure Cloud.

4. Design and implement robust API solutions and ensure optimal integration with various platforms.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless solution delivery.

Preferred Experience :

1. Proven track record of working with Genesys Cloud CX, Pure Cloud IVR, and APIs.

2. Strong scripting and coding experience with Terraform and YAML.
