Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is not transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are low but good packages for new joinings and MD is best and down to earth

There is a lot of politics and the management take more time to solve the issues continuous remainders required. Salary is decent if any deductions happen no one is going to answer. One can learn number of thing

Company is a security and vigilance company. No technology, no vision only cctv surveillance and otger surveillance. It's a joke for IT or any other qualified employee.
