There's no holiday on Saturday, Its very disappointing. And another thing is, There are no high level languages which are being used in Other Companies or MNCs like React, Next, Redux, Angular or similar to that.

There are non-efficient people are on top hierarchy who haven't complete development lifecycle knowledge and it make hurdles in project planning and management. Micro management, they discourage their employees from taking initiative or making decisions.
