I liked the fact that the salary here is on time and the second thing is that here you get to work with various huge government surveying projects and learn something new.

Here I am giving feedback about SECON Pvt. Ltd. of VADODARA only. There is a lot of politics and management issues here with employees especially casual employees. The good and bad things are, there is no bond here but bad thing is, there is one year renewal contract here that's only for rule employees except casual employees. There are no monthly salary slip here<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The salary growth is very low and there is no career growth even you work with more than 5 years</mark>. There is no OT reward system here while doing 9am to 9pm work. HR management not providing offer letter or joining letter to casual or newly joined employees. Job training is not given to new joinees or if they do then less than a week. The work atmosphere is below average some seniors are very rude in behaviour and some time works with offensive language. The departments are not following company policies and standards. HR management doesn't respond to employees on their salary deduction issues or any complaints....Read More

In the beginning, it was very exciting to do job like this where i learnt new lessons, developed my communication skills and CAD skills. I got chance to work on verious government surveying projects with defferent team and departments.

Good work environment and culture.the management are supportive and the management is transparent.the company policies are good,apprasals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

There are no particular pros working in this company, the level with which you enter will be the same with which you leave. Only good they give salary right on time.

Dislikes

No option to learn anything, regardless of whatever degree you'll be treated as a EDUCATED LABOUR. Company's working technologies needs to be updated drastically they still live in 1990. Lot of politics based on language, region.
