I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There are no particular pros working in this company, the level with which you enter will be the same with which you leave. Only good they give salary right on time.

Dislikes

No option to learn anything, regardless of whatever degree you'll be treated as a EDUCATED LABOUR. Company's working technologies needs to be updated drastically they still live in 1990. Lot of politics based on language, region.
