Dislikes

The whole office environment and unsupportive HR, no time for skill development. Also you can't take WFH when you are sick, you will have to take day off. Also, if you don't inform prior of your leave, your salary will be deducted even though you have leave balance.

Colleagues are good, Saturdays are off as well, there is no exploitation, company takes the employees on tours and every month there is a fun activity day.

We suggest you check the company portfolio for further details. - It seems that the company, "Lala Company," is only interested in benefiting itself and is mainly focused on tax-saving benefits. - The company changes its team every 2 years and terminates the current employees. If you are already employed, we advise you not to consider joining this company. We were three individuals who left our respective companies to join this company, only to be fired later on. The management seems to lack direction, so we caution you to be wary of this kind of company.
