What I like is that the higher authorities here are very humble , They himself will come and shake hands with you and ask your well being

Manager is too arrogant person .whenever I used to ask him things ,he ignored and Forward my concern to the associates. He never himself wants to make a person learn something . Additionally,the management here is very poor . No proper locker has been provided and the locker as well as washroom area persistently remained Dirty like it's a railway station 's washroom . No Proper industry standards is there....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
