The best thing about working in this company is the work life balance and the management is very supportive and positive work environment. There is a huge cafeteria for releasing our tensions and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is quite low.

As all world facing this issue and most companies also but best part at least they have paid performance bonus to the employees.nice working culture, shift allowance is also more as compare to other companies.

It was a mix experience, Some teammates were good and supportive, some made sure that I will have a terrible tenure. Work was average and I think I did not get any guidance ( coding practices) as a fresher.

Dislikes

I had to fight for the opportunity, as I did not get the desired work for almost a year. Thankfully my director noticed the issue and gave me work I wanted to work on.

There's only a handful of positives here; you'll find excellent mentors but the management is terrible! And if by any chance you're starting your journey with this company and you're put in support team you're doomed! Oh yes, forget about job security as well!
