Good work environment. Teammates are supportive.

This is BPO which is handling logistics invoicing for client. Poor work life balance. Less compensation compared to work & industry. 4PM to 1AM shift & night shift allowance is only 100/day which is negligible. HR team is doesn't address your issues effectively. You can't take leave on month-end. If it comes on Saturday/Sunday. You need to work on weekends.
