CTC and actually in-hand salary has very large gap 30-40%. They pay TA DA but included in CTC. Always have to be on field. Only suitable for those interested in FMCG job always on field. Not for weak hearted.

Nothing to like about ITC Integrated Business Services Limited. It's not even 10% like ITC. Managers focuses more on micromanagement rather than production and accuracy. Team Leads loves to play favourite and it's an extremely toxic work environment to work in.
