Politics.. Your TL eat your credit in front of Head and pretend that she did all the things but apart from this when your probation is about to over they gave you -ve reviews because they don't want you to on roll because that is all about use and throw. At the time of admission they will hire you... You will work hard and everything you'll do to clear your probation and also they will praise you in front of you for your work but in your back they will give you -ve reviews. And extend your probation and next time also before completion of your probation they will fire you without any prior notice<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No job security is there</mark>.
