The company has good Policies for Employee welfare and offers good Work-life balance. Office culture is also good. Office food is good. Awards and Recognition policies are commendable. Offers good monetary incentives to the deserving candidates. Personal car travel for business reimbursement policies are good and give the satisfaction of long drives.

Appraisals are very poor... Promotions are very rare. Business Travel policies are not good
