Well developed company with good work culture, clean & neat environment at different locations,money advances, highly Build environment with huge employees, experienced labourers and etc....

Huge Transportations with unhelpful & unscheduled timings,Team mates average disciplined, training with average level, job security ? due to inner politics, appraisal average, travel self, politics plays major role by an uneducated leader who has no knowledge & experience he leads the all educated persons below him & companys dailywork & each every work moves with politics & authority places persons from his native majorly for his security reasons 😊😁😁 work environment well and good,work life balance average with low innovation........Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
