I will suggest to new joining members don't join the organisation its a totally worked on face value and your buttering skill to your boss not on your working skill and knowledge. The most insecure organisation for working and worst working culture organisation i ever seen.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are great.
