Working at SDP & Associates has been an incredibly disappointing experience. The management is disorganized and lacks basic leadership skills, creating a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and ignored. Communication is poor, and there's a noticeable lack of transparency about company policies and changes. The com pany culture is a major letdown, with little regard for work-life balance or employee well-being. The workload is overwhelming, and support from colleagues and supervisors is minimal. Despite my best efforts, I found no opportunities for professional growth or advancement. If you're considering a position here, I would strongly advise against it. First of all if you are planning to join here.....please don't you will just waste your time over instead of gaining any experience. False promises will given to you so you can join. They said me while joining that I'll be in internal audit and and than placed me in Stock Audit team. Where you have to visit client places at your own expense and than reclaim it but you'll get that reimbursement after 2-3 weeks minimum and that also you'll not get it fully reimbursed. They plan your audit like overnight travels in the train one place to another no time to rest. And after all this they expect you to prepare report in the middle of all this audits. In the starting of month they send for audits like back to back audits and when the reports gets piles up in end of the month they tell you to prepare all report withing 5-6 days. You have to travel on Sundays so that you can be on audit on Monday and this traveling is planned very precisely with your off time like sat sun. Budget for you expenses occur on audit is very poor. Everything to dislike from office culture to the behavioural thing from senior management. if you joining Pls think 100 times you are just wasting your essential period of career to write in your cv for the future time…where nothing will be appreciated and you will really regret for joining and giving your precious time of career ex perience. And where if you are getting the same views from multiple candidates then the senior management shall give a thought that problems are not with the candidates but with the management where multiple people view cannot be wrong against the same management behaviour. Candidate even if you are not appreciated then don’t put question on yourself as here the managements is as such even if you give all your heart and soul still you will not get nothing in return (only scolding and scolding). The rediculous behaviour is such unbearable that you can be brought up by them in the bond signing but they should be aware that Indian law doesn’t support that, sometime on getting time these people should be caught by governments that they are bringing the candidates to bond but make sure there is no binding from their end, they can throw you anytime.
