There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This company is run by an unethical board of directors. They dont care about your career development, and yet, if you try to resign and join a better company from the same industry, they will make your life miserable by sending legal notice, not paying your ex-gratia, and many other stupid tricks. Company doesn't provide annual increment on time, and if you are going to leave they don't give anything to you like LTA, Annual increment (whatever it may be). Will have to work late night sometime because CEOs works till late 8-9pm also (even they come @11-12am). No canteen is available in Pune factory. Also annual assessment are not happing on time so increment got very late (upto Sept., Oct). Else everything is fine....Read More
