In this company they are taking you in even if you have 6 or more years gap after graduation. Colleagues are very supportive. Women gets work from home if they have some personal issues.

All Saturdays are working days. Increament every year is very less.salary is also less.

Job is secured. There are some considerations for women employees, like there is no ni8 shifts for girls. Either it is good or bad lunch is provided within the office premises. People are very friendly to work with.

Dislikes

The shift timings are bad since the transport facilities were not provided by the management. Sudden extension of shift due to increased workload or the alternative person takes a day off is not satisfactory and not acceptable.
