Very fragile market. Can be fired anytime. No skill development opportunities as such. Company pays Rs 10k for certifications per year, but, you won't get a chance to implement the technology you learnt. Compensation is very bad. Its one of the lowest for product based companies. Managers do micro management. Full office politics. No recognition even if you do some really good work. No growth. You will be made to do some pathetic work which has no meaning. No work satisfaction whatsoever. The company uses old technologies....Read More
