The company has very good reputation.it adops new technologoes and innovation.As it is third party,you can see various companies products and processes in one only.good thing about company is, company always thinks about safety of each employee n provides an emergency help at any situation.as well company has very nice culture and processes are very systematic.

Dislikes

The 1st thing I didn't like about company is,its shifts.being production officer, sometimes I've to work for 16 hrs(i.e double shift) n there is no rest/relax period in between.2nd thing is about leaves,d sad thing is even if you have leaves in your account,you can't take it whenever you needed.

Work Details

Talking about work,as in production department,my work is risky because slight fault in production/processing can cz many effect on consumer.so during production I always have to be alert to avoid mistakes/contamination of food commodities.
