Compensation is decant but growth is slow. The work pressure is high.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as have to look the entire Butter and Ghee Section (section incharge) production planning and controling, day to day recovery, quality issues, OEE, food safety, KPI etc..

Just like everybody else I have always wondered that how would believe my first job look like? How would be the people around me? But when I actually got chance to company I was very comfortable with the surrounding. This company has given me a lifetime experience.

The one thing I didn't like about Schreiber dynamix is that, as they provide apperantship for 1 year, but they don't consider candidates at least once for there eligibility to continue or to be on role. I would like to suggest that the company should provide single opportunitiy to hardworking apperantice to be Continue or to Explore more and company choose the candidate fairly.
