The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology. I love that fact I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products. I like there work to freedom, colluges are all like a family friends, And work wise experience like many improvements that fields

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
