The Principal here is good and supportive. A good place to be around with experienced teachers and faculties. Here one can learn alot if channelizing is done on a right direction with right people. If you love challenges then this school is for you.

Dislikes

The director of this school don't know how to run the school and treat their staff. Work-pressure is alot and sometimes they will ask you to teach that subject which is not of your field . If you deny then they will convince you to read the theory part and teach . Don't focus in understanding. Teachers here have to teach , prepare students for culture and even director of the school will ask to bring admissions. If you can't then there's no appraisal. In salary compensation or increment they are very poor. Be ready to get the increment between 500-1000 if you are TGT and 1500-2000 maximum if you are PGT and if you ask why then they will give you the excuse of admissions. They can even ask you on any point of time to leave if they need cost cutting. Inspite of government orders, this school remains open sometimes and even ask Teachers to come, no matter if it's raining or any natural disasters. Holidays and public holidays are decided by the management so don't plan your offs without letting them know. Now they have started a new condition for the joiners that if someone joins this school they have to be in lock period of 5 years and for that one have to give them blank cheque. If someone resigns or want to leave before 5 years because of harrasment, pressure , or XYZ reasons then one have to pay 2 Lakh compensation to the school. There's no team outings, picnics, nothing..! They don't work according to CBSE sometimes as they consider themselves GOD and I left the school because I don't believe in GOD....Read More
