Learning wise there is lot of opportunity. Rules are very transparent, managers and freshers will get the same facility. Leave policies are very good.

Dislikes

Managers and team leads are not mature and professional. Work will be done by giving pressure.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
