I dislike Schneider some policy . 1. Co-ordination between Vertical team is very poor. because all person try to satisfy his boss as a result production is effect. every body try to search another team fault. HR policy also very bad. they are not think about company all are show his capability . as result good person left from company.

I am looking after plant maintenance ( process plant and Facility) and project work ( industrial and new project) & Energy manager .. I start from beginning of this factory starting from project work. So every body respect and love me.
