Working as a Assistant Manager Mechanical Maintenance and Workshop, I learnt all machine tools operation and new machine erection and supporting utilities installation. Scope of learning is just unlimited. Level 1 workers are so much cooperative that its beyond explanation. New technology is coming for that management is very supportive in learning of the new technology operation and maintenance for that they are sending everyone to CHANDIGARH for training.
