Since SLB is a multinational company, I worked with different nationalities and different culture with global exposure. It had plenty of opportunities to work in different countries and movements is faster and due to their in house training centre employees get lot of opportunities for self development.

Insecurity of jobs lack of human interaction and lack of human value people are working like a robot
